Choice of URI is non-trivial, not just because convention may not have established enough URIs. (Wikipedia is a promising source of a huge vocabulary of URIs - and translations into a wealth of languages to boot). RDF offers a complete wealth of expression and it cannot be compressed down into a single URI tag, or even a set of the same.
For example, to offer to donate 10 kilos of coal to someone, N=10, but what about the c? The currency unit should reflect both 'coal' and 'kilo'? One way of doing this, since kilo is an SI Unit, would be to tag its abbreviation on the end, yielding a URI such as "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coal#kg". This is a hack, but does at least keep the datastucture short and human readable. I just posted more on this point at Unit.
'RE' Field -- Admin 23:28, 28 February 2013 (PST)[edit]
Having a 'RE' field would allow the evaluations to be structured as a tree. This might be very helpful e.g. for noting which evaluations were replies to which other evaluations - for example, as acknowledgements, agreements, payment after requests etc.
